LuminCARE, a division of the integrated Lumin Health system, provides primary care and family medicine in a convenient urgent care setting. We feature flexible hours and comprehensive medical attention, including occupational and preventative care, for a diverse range of needs. As part of the Lumin Health system, patients can be referred to a specialist within 72 hours to ensure an efficient, timely continuum of care that doesn’t stop with routine medical needs.

Because of our commitment to quality care and keeping our patients healthy, each LuminCARE location also provides wellness services like vaccinations, hormone replacement therapy, flu shots, sports physicals, Vitamin B-12 shots and weight loss assistance.

Stop by your nearest LuminCARE when you need to see an experienced physician right away. If you are unable to schedule a timely appointment with your primary care doctor, visit one of our Dallas – Fort Worth clinics for your medical needs – We never require appointments! Additionally, if you or a loved one have an illness or injury that is not severe enough to warrant an emergency room visit but still requires immediate care, LuminCARE is here to help.

Call 911 right away or visit your closest emergency room if you are experiencing life-threatening symptoms, such as chest pain, stroke-like symptoms, fainting, seizures, sudden dizziness, excessive bleeding, severe burns, sudden weakness or loss of balance, excessive vomiting, severe abdominal pain or are vomiting blood. These symptoms are indicative of potentially dangerous conditions that require emergency medical attention.

Every LuminCARE clinic is staffed by experienced, licensed medical professionals, from our board-certified physicians to our knowledgeable nurse practitioners, imaging technicians and physician assistants. Additionally, each location is equipped with on-site X-ray areas, procedure rooms and lab services for convenient same-day results, all under the same roof.

LuminCARE is pleased to accept a wide range of insurances. We have contracts with most major insurance carriers in our area, including Medicare. For a detailed list and additional information, please visit our Insurance page.

LuminCARE accepts cash and all major credit cards. We feature affordable self-pay rates for patients without insurance. To find out more about our self-pay option, please inquire at your nearest LuminCARE.

In order to most efficiently treat you and get you back on the road to recovery, here are a few important items to bring for your visit:
